A brief guide to recognizing when it might be helpful to reach out for professional support.

You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from counselling. Many people seek support when they notice patterns that keep repeating, or when life feels heavier than it used to.

Signs it may be time to reach out

  • You feel emotionally stuck or overwhelmed
  • Your relationships feel strained or distant
  • You are carrying grief, stress, or burnout
  • You want tools for emotional regulation and resilience

A gentle first step

An initial consultation is a simple way to explore whether counselling feels right. You can ask questions, share your goals, and decide what kind of support is best for you.

Support does not have to be urgent to be meaningful.
